You can already picture this outfit in your closet. Whether it’s that black pant suit or your favorite dress, you put it on and immediately feel like you can conquer anything. It’s your go-to outfit when you are a girl on a mission and you aren’t going to let anyone or anything get in your way.

I wore this outfit to an interview last Friday. I walked out and I could not stop smiling. I had never spoken so eloquently in my life, like that was hands down one of the best interviews I have ever had. I called my mom and told her that I would give my first TED Talk in this outfit and that it would be on display in my presidential museum one day. Ok so maybe that sounds a little dramatic, but seriously this outfit made me feel like I could do anything I set my mind to.
Besides the fact the this outfit makes me feel like a total boss, my favorite thing about what I had on was that I bought all of it on sale. The blazer and shoes came from Nordstrom Rack and the dress came from Marshalls. And you can’t really see my bag, but it was a Kate Spade Outlet find. So ladies, this is just your daily reminder that you don’t have to spend a million bucks to feel like a million bucks. I firmly believe that if you give the girl the right pair of heels, she can take over the world. I know that we are not defined by our clothes, but the confidence we feel in the perfect outfit can be the thing that gives us just one more ounce of courage to face any challenge.
